  They provide loaners and they work with my insurance company. Those are the only good points about this place and the only reason we keep going there.
  
  The loaners are always Chevy Cruises and they can't even maintain them properly. The latest time, the washer fluid ran out the day after picking it up.
  
  Every time we bring a vehicle to these people, they find more wrong than the initial quote. I'm fairly sure this is a tactic used by them to make more money. If they quote for the real damage, the insurance company might total the vehicle and this place would not get the business. However, it's incredibly inconvenient for the customer to change the date that the vehicle will be picked up. Additionally, they don't get it right the first time or mess something else up, so they have to fix the issues they cause.
  
  If you can avoid it, I recommend never going here.
