  I isolate this review to my last experience. I have been a customer of Enterprise for the last 2 years, using them across various states in the US, and I’ve always had a good experiences, good car selections, prime service.
  
  However, my last experience was certainly below average. The car I was given was a full size, and although it was a Nissan Altima 2017, you could tell it had been poorly treated.
  
  The car was clean inside, but the outside was not ideal, especially under rain and snow conditions where a dirty windshield made it a liability to travel.
  
  The gas tank was given to me half full, which is not the policy.
  
  All in all, the expectation was immediate response from your associates, to make sure I obtained the best car in the lot, even if that meant an impromptu upgrade. That is prime service. I know of it, because I am also expected of it at my own job, where I pride myself in excellence.
  
  Simple details go a long way. Your associate had me sign the paperwork outside, while a mild blizzard blew on our faces when he could have invited me to either come in the office or step in the car that he was granting me.
  
  Again, the details go a long way.
  
  Overall great experiences with Enterprise, but that also means a reputation to keep at high.

  I have been traveling quite a bit and had many last minute changes. These guys have bent over backwards to accommodate me and always do it with a smile. It's tough traveling and can be stressful getting a rental car. I wouldn't go anywhere else. (To the management: Take care of this crew!) Thank you, folks!
